			<p>Na sestanku se odločite za določeno rešitev. Vsi se strinjajo. Čez čas pa ugotovite, da so imeli eni &#8220;figo v žepu&#8221;. K odločitvi se ne zavežejo 100%. Ves čas delujejo malce &#8220;po svoje&#8221; in tako ustvarjajo silose znotraj podjetja. Če se kasneje izkaže, da je bila odločitev slaba, morda celo na glas povedo: &#8220;Saj sem že od začetka vedel, da ne bo šlo.
